Process
To get started, simply place your order through our Shopify store by selecting the service that best fits your needs or get in touch with us. Once payment is received, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to submit your property details and project requirements. After we receive all necessary information, we’ll begin work on your drawings. We aim to deliver each project within 14 working days.
The timeline for your project will depend on the complexity of the design and the scope of work involved. Typically, it takes about 2–3 weeks to complete each set of drawings. However, please note that revisions or additional work may extend the timeline.
We offer 3 revisions with each set of drawings at no additional cost. This gives you the opportunity to request changes and refine the design. Additional revisions beyond the free allowance may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.
No, we typically do not need access to your property. We can work from measured surveys, previous architect’s plans, or estate agent floorplans. If you don’t have these, we recommend arranging a measured survey with a professional in your local area for the most accurate results.
Alternatively, you can carry out your own measured survey—this is a cost-effective option for many clients.
