Price shown is the 20% deposit to begin your project. The total package price is £1000. The remaining £800 (80%) will be invoiced once your final drawings are delivered. Work starts once the deposit is paid.

All-in-one service from concept to final drawings, covering planning approval and Building Control.

What’s included:

1. Concept Design – 3D house model, 3D floor plans, walkthrough video, and material/finish options.

2. Planning Drawings – All required drawings for Permitted Development, Prior Approval, or Lawful Development Certificate. Includes floor plans, elevations, site & block plans, location map, and up to 3 revisions.

3. Building Regulations Drawings – Detailed construction drawings, specifications, and SAP calculations (if required). Suitable for Building Control submission. Structural engineer calculations not included.

Delivery: Each stage completed within 14 working days after payment and receipt of project information.
