Concept Design – Pay 20% Deposit to Start
Price shown is the 20% deposit to begin your project. The total package price is £300. The remaining £240 (80%) will be invoiced once your final drawings are delivered. Work starts once the deposit is paid.
We’ll start by discussing your needs and ideas, working from surveys, plans, or previous drawings. This service includes layouts of your existing property and an initial concept design, with 3D views, floor plans, and a walkthrough video. It’s perfect for exploring extensions, internal improvements, or potential changes to a new property. Experiment with layouts, materials, and see a realistic view of your home’s exterior. Projects are delivered within 14 working days once payment and information are provided. More information here*
